Amber Solana is a senior pursuing a B.A. in Dance with a concentration in Modern at Kennesaw State University. Based in the Atlanta area, she has trained in Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Improvisation, and more. Her work centers on the process of exploring movement, blending performance, research, and choreography.
As a member of the KSU Dance Company, Amber has performed in works by Tristian Griffin, Autumn Eckman, and Lisa K. Lock. Her original piece, perpetual mind, premiered at KSU’s ChoreoLab and explores the cycles of overwhelming thoughts.
In 2025, she was a trainee in the ImmerseATL Artist Program under Sarah Hillmer, George Staib, and Anna Bracewell, expanding her creative process through intensive research and performance. Amber also serves as a KSU Dance Ambassador and social media assistant for the KSU Department of Dance.
